How to watch Polish TV on the Internet

If you speak Polish well – maybe it’s your mother tongue or just a second language – then you can watch Polish TV on the Internet.

There are several ways to do this:

1. To do this, visit the relevant websites that offer to watch Polish channels directly online – i.e. in the live stream. A good address for this is wwiTV. When you visit this site, you will have a wide range of TV programs from all over the world. For your Polish TV, simply select “Poland” from the menu on the left.
2. Next, a fairly extensive list of offers for Polish television on the Internet will open. Among them you will find, for example, programs for various local stations, i.e. local television or special stations for music and political programs.
3. To get to the transmission, simply click on the relevant station with the mouse. Another window will then open. You can also start the live stream here by clicking on the arrow that appears. For a larger image area, click on the corresponding enlargement symbol.

TVN1, TVN 2, TVN 3 and TVN Polonia are the public television channels in Poland. You can also access their programs online at tvp.com.pl

• In order to be able to watch TV here, you need to download the free software from Microsoft – “Silverlight” – onto your hard drive. Once this has been done, you’re good to go.
