- If you have an OTTO account, you will automatically receive the newsletter to the email address you provided and will be informed about the latest.

How to delete your OTTO user account
- It is not possible to delete your account yourself, such as with a “delete button”. To successfully delete the account, open your internet browser and go to the mail order company’s official website.
- Now log in with your user data. You will be immediately forwarded to the OTTO home page.
- Scroll to the bottom of this page. You will now see a light blue bar with slightly darker blue writing. You will see various options such as “Privacy Policy”, “Note on Cookies” or “OTTO Affiliate”. One button is called “Imprint”. Left-click on this field.
- You will immediately be forwarded to the next page and will find the heading “Imprint” again. Below you will find all information about the company.
- The second address given is the administration address. You can send a letter of termination to them.
- On the right side, slightly diagonally above the address, you will see a telephone and a fax number. You also have the option of calling (this is the fastest option) or sending a fax.
- You also have the option of deleting your OTTO account by email. The e-mail address provided for this can be found directly under the fax number.
